WORST RENTERS
Unbelievable bad business. We have done business numerous times, due to constant management switch we was promised "wonderful new help from them" HAHAHA they totally lied to us and it cost us 300 more than what we was qouted while talking on the phone with them. we already had rented the car called to keep it a couple extra days. We rented it for the first week for $279.00 and for the few extra add on days the total was over $600.00 on the phone THEY NEVER MENTIONED EXTRA COST, ANOTHER DEPOSIT and MORE than the manager refused to explain anything other than "It was our fault" I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF! We even called the Manager over him and never received a call back from him and we called more than once and left a message. They dont care they got our money so we are just a bother now. I hate businessess like this... Thats why its good to stick with the local owners not some corporate that dont care about you as an individual.. Plus they UPGRADED the car on their own cause what we RESERVED was not available and they charged us the second time around for the upgrade when we wanted it a few extra days. What really sickens me is we was quoted about 80.00 total to rent the car a little longer.. WOW some serious sales tax to end up a 600.00 rental in the end. WE REALLY DID NO WRONG. MY husband just returned from Iraq and we wanted to do a lil vacation and well the car cost more than the vacation. That really put a bad taste in his mouth for a welcome home... Now we are out all this money, no one returns our calls and they just dont care anyhow if you do talk to him WATCH YOUR BACK IF YOU CHOOSE THIS PLACE any questions email me and Ill be more than glad to explain and give names helm.house2@yahoo.com

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Oh my i dont know where to begin... this place is a rip off. Chelsie was very helpful but the manager (andy) i think is a horrible person, cussing on the phone, lying about cost, and just all around horrible managment run the other way people do not get screwed over like myself and others did. SERIOUSLY THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE THERE ARE ONES YOU TRUST AND ONES THAT STAB U BEFORE U EVEN GET TURNED AROUND AND THATS HOW THE MARION MANAGER IS HE IS RUDE RUDE RUDE LIL ARROGANNT SNOT AND I HOPE THE COMPANY TAKES CARE OF THE PROBLEM> I DONT LIKE TO SEE PEOPLE LOSE THEIR JOB BUT WHEN YOU ARE DISHONEST MEAN PERSON YOU DONT DESERVE THAT JOB SOMEONE ELSE NEEDS>
